As we face the current cost of living crisis, many of us feel stretched and uncertain about the future. The people using our service are facing the deepest levels of poverty, not only affecting their ability to make ends meet but also pushing them into extreme crisis. They are now facing a cost of surviving crisis and urgently need our help.

Across the advice sector, huge percentages of clients are not accessing their full benefits entitlement and recent data reveals that £15 billion benefit payments is going unclaimed. This is largely due to a lack of understanding in how to claim or failures in the system where people experiencing disadvantage are falling through the gaps.
