They are more than a foodbank and truly care for the Tower Hamlets community.  Since 2020 they have helped thousands of people in crisis to get their lives back on track.  During Covid-19 they have scaled up their efforts by 700% to make sure no one has to go hungry and now desperately need more warehouse space.  

When choosing a charity to support during our KINDNESS WEEK for Mental Health Awareness, First Love Foundation were the obvious choice.
